Our story
Yes& founder Amy Rowe trained in drama in New York City, studying the Meisner technique, a discipline rooted in presence, intuition and deep listening. That philosophy still shapes everything we create.
She brought this approach into immersive storytelling through her work with Secret Cinema and later launched Amy Victoria Rowe in 2022, crafting experiences for private audiences and culturally driven brands.
As the practice evolved beyond singular moments into a more holistic creative offering the business relaunched in 2026 as Yes&, a refined identity with renewed ambition.
Borrowed from theatrical improvisation, Yes& is a philosophy as much as a name. It reflects an open, additive way of working, built on dialogue, momentum and possibility. Always asking what comes next.
